Loved this essay! A few questions:

1. One of the main reasons for why someone wants to stick to a job is the "stability" of income. While subscription-based platforms make it easy to collect recurring revenue, on platforms like YouTube, it is hard to predict your income. Are you aware of companies helping bridge this "stability" gap?

2. For re-bundling, are you aware of any companies that are creating platforms to help creators re-bundle? Questions about IP, who owns how much stake, etc. might use some tech help.

Dear Li, have a look at this interview of philosopher Zygmunt Bauman: Behind the world's 'crisis of humanity' https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EG63MkQb1r4 In all these transformations of markets and societies where "liquidity" is defining the context, we cannot forget about human side that seeks stability and security. He has written also a book "Liquid Love". Many thanks for you thoughts.

Love this! Got me thinking about how the gig economy and passion economy can co-exist (and eventually blur lines between the two). Right now, it seems like the passion economy is an evolution from the gig economy, but maybe that's not the case.
